Chase + Brie {Oklahoma Farmers Market Weddings}

Wow. Is just about all I can say about Chase and Brie’s wedding. We have really gotten to know and love Brie and Chase over the past year or so. They are both so laid back and fun. They had an interesting wedding night…. it was raining profusely all day and night and lightning struck an electrical box and the electricity went out immediately after the ceremony at the Farmers Market. The rest of the evening was spent in COMPLETE darkness. CRAZIEST thing EVER to happen at one of our weddings. Brie was THE BEST bride you could have possibly asked for and was so cool about the whole thing. The guests stayed and mingled in the dark and one of Bries bridemaids fiancee was in the audience and he had his guitar in his car so he played and sang accoustic so that they could have a first dance. Luckily we had our off camera flash system all ready to go ( we have been using off camera flash at most all of our receptions this year ) so we were able to capture the first dance, ambience, and no light just like it actually was instead of blowing out the entire room with flash.

They also met before the ceremony and got all of their photos out of the way before the reception. Thank goodness since there was NO light after the ceremony. Here are a few of our faves from Brie and Chases wedding.
