SO…. I have like a million thoughts going thru my head right now…. and I am going to dump them out here on the blog. When I first started blogging I would randomly throw 2-3 images from 1 or 2 sessions A MONTH on the blog and it was great and now I actually have clients joke “is that going to make the blog?” I love it and WISH that I could blog everything but I absolutely cannot. Usually wedding season is over after June-ish but we have had 4 weddings in August and 5 weddings in the month of September it officially dies down for us in October to 1 or 2 a month for the rest of the year. BUT I thought I would show you what it would look like if I did blog everything that goes on during the week. Below is one image from every session we have photographed in the last TWO weeks…. prepare yourselves its a long post filled with random confessions, thoughts and images from sessions! Mark and Stacy are a sweet couple who have AWESOME chemistry with each other. I love clients who naturally have a great time together without any coaching from us! They have LOTS of super fun images from their engagement shoot because they were willing to go ANYWHERE I wanted them to.
Meet Jeremiah…. I almost kidnapped him and put him in my camera bag to take home to snuggle with.
Jax is doing AWESOME in school…. we were going to let him skip school one day to go to the fair with us and he didnt want to! What kid doesnt want to skip school? He is reading entire 50 page books all by himself, he leaves us notes all over the place and we can no longer spell things out loud so that the kids dont know what we are saying….
D’Angelo and Tatiana are getting married next summer at the Hall of Mirrors. We cant wait!
Chase and Brie…. wow…. they will definitely get an entire blog post soon but to keep you waiting…. they got married a couple of weeks ago at the Oklahoma Farmers Market and after the ceremony lightning struck an electrical box and ALL OF THE ELECTRICITY WENT OUT FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT!!! It was the craziest thing to ever happen that I have witnessed at a wedding. The DJ went home, they shared their first dance in complete darkness and an acoustic guitar. It was awesome!
Jace is busy coaching high school softball at Washington High School. He did some photography for the team to give out at senior night. The girls are in Regionals right now- wish them luck!

Sheila and Jason got married at Coles Garden a couple of weeks ago and we have not seen a cooler crowd in a long time. We love you Sheila Sue!
It started out as football in the front yard, it ended as mudfest 2009. Luckily my neighbor was clean and grabbed her camera.
I have been doing several shoots for New Leaf Florist. They are doing some sweet new ads for the Brides of Oklahoma and Grand Weddings Skirvin Style. We love you Alan! If you are looking for an AMAZING florist call New Leaf, they are rad!
Confession: If Taylor did not work for me I would go crazy. Completely and totally crazy. She is my chaos evaporator…. it doesnt matter what it is… working next to me and making me laugh, watching my kids at the last minute, designing a guest book at the last minute, meeting with all my clients for albums, I mean SERIOUSLY she is such a blessing to me and I LOVE HER!!!!! Here she is dressing dogs in Jonathan Kaynes office for his Kayne 9 shoot. I think its funny that she is dressing dogs…
Also, been doing a lot of corporate work for Interurban. They now do wedding catering!
Taylor took some new family pics of us the other day and lets just say we are the MOST DIFFICULT family to photograph EVER. I seriously think we are. After this shoot, a woman stopped Jace in Walmart and gave her a business card (she is photographer) and told Jace that our daughter should be photographed…. I agree… my kids are the cutest, arent they??
Brittany and Kemp were married in Florida and I photographed their home reception. It was FABULOUS. Abbey Road did the whole thing and as always it looked and tasted AMAZING. This place was decked out and it was fun hanging out with the Abbey Road crew!

Noah and LIndsey are soon celebrating their ONE YEAR anniversary. I cant believe its been one year. Linds, I love having you as my sister!
Confession: I decorated my house for fall about a month ago — way too early but I am SO excited for it to be here! Maybe if I decorate it will come….
My daughters awesome preschool went on a bug walk… I was a class parent and loved getting to see Haven with all of her new friends!
Sweet baby Davis was born a couple of weeks ago and did awesome for his newborn shoot!
I got to photograph our first Persian wedding… it was SO interesting and I just adore Hooman and Leesa!
Wow, I have done boudoir shoots before but THIS one was THE MOST FUN AND HOT EVER….
Haven did a few shots for me the other day and actually didnt cry :)
One of my best friends had her baby right after my wedding on Saturday night. The Lord completely blessed us for this one because we were supposed to be working until 11:00pm and would not have made it to the birth but the bride and groom just happened to leave the wedding about an hour early so we got to hear baby Hudd’s first cry! We love you Hansons!
Kyle and Melinda got married this past weekend and had their reception at Red Prime…. ummm, they are awesome and everything went perfectly!
Confession: I HATE twitter. Yes, I twitter but every time I either update my twitter or read someones twitter it just makes me mad. I dont really care about what every one else eats for dinner, think about the Emmys, watches on television etc and I KNOW people really dont care about mine. Why in the world is it so popular?
When your best friends come over every Wednesday night for dinner you get updated shots of your kids quite frequently…. Lainey, Beau and Annie – we love you so much!
I photographed my 2nd of three births this month…. meet baby Braxton… Brian and Lindsay delivered in less than 3 hours! What a blessing sweet little Braxton is!
We are camping out in our front yard with our best friends tonight and the boys are SO excited…
