Ahhhh!! I’m so excited to show off this beautiful wedding! Addison and Shivam were married last weekend at Aspen Ranch in Edmond and geez was it a beautiful wedding. Shivam’s family is from India, so the wedding was not only a uniting of two people, but a blending of two cultures and it was thoughtful and lovely. The Christian ceremony filled with personal anecdotes about how the two met and fell in love with each other and most importantly how they serve the Lord, but it also honored Shivam’s Indian heritage and the families that they both came from. It was a first for me and certainly one I will not forget.

But let me just tell you, Shivam’s family and friends can DANCE. I spent Friday afternoon/evening with them, where they danced for a couple of hours. Then on Saturday afternoon Shivam rode up to the ceremony in a horse drawn carriage surrounded a hundred or so people, who were dancing!! It was so exciting. Talk about the ultimate pre-party experience! And then, after the lovely ceremony, the reception started and there were choreographed dances for the Bride and Groom and then the best dance party you can imagine! I watched in complete awe all night… how were these people still moving? I would have lasted all of 5 minutes! And their dresses … amazing! Look at those colors and patterns and designs.

Basically this wedding was the complete package completely sincere, beautiful and fun! I’m so glad I was able to be a part of their special day!
