Taylor here… posting a gorgeous wedding today! Fall was insane with weddings, mini sessions, power outages, virtual school and the whole Covid-19 thing! :) But somehow I failed to ever blog Kayla and Jake’s wedding. It was breathtaking and everything was done so perfectly! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day in October and everything seemed to run so smoothly. Big shout out to all of Kayla’s amazing vendors who made everything so magical. Lauren with Hello Events was more than prepared for everything and such a pleasure to work with! I think my biggest take away from this wedding was how wonderful family is! Ha! I know it seems silly, but really. Kayla’s family was so kind and loving towards everyone, but I noticed it specifically amongst each other. Her younger brothers were fun and helpful and so sweet towards her! Her mom and dad were doting on each other all day and the five of them were so enjoyable to be around. During the reception I sat down to chat with mom for a bit and she told me a little about their story and how they only had each other for a while after the moved, so they made it fun and focused on building a family that loved each other. And they sure did a great job! I actually chatted with mom on the phone yesterday, because we are working on purchasing some canvases for her home and it was so refreshing to hear her talk about her precious family!
