I ADORE Allie and Austin so much and have been SO excited for this one since they booked me almost two years ago! Allie is the sweetest soul and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her for the entire process of wedding planning!
In all honesty, this was one of the most difficult days (weather wise) I have photographed in 13 years of doing wedding photography but I am SO proud of how beautiful it turned out! The weather was the MOST INSANE I have ever seen. It didnt just rain, it POURED DOWN BUCKETS OF RAIN every minute of the 9 hours of this wedding. The wind was blowing SO HARD that it felt like we were in a tornado at times. I have never had a wedding where the rain didnt let up at least for a few minutes at some point in the day. Their wedding party was FREEZING but they all kept big smiles on their faces and went outside for their sweet friends! Austin and Allie were SUCH GREAT sports and were just so dang excited to get married that they did not let the weather dampen their spirits at all! They were willing to go outside for a good portion of their portraits and never complained a bit! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!
