Where do I start with this beautiful wedding? Well for starters, it was in Houston!!! Which was super fun for Kim and I to travel to this beautiful city and photograph this lovely wedding in a new city!

But more importantly, let’s talk about this wonderful couple. I met Kelcie almost 10 years ago when she was a sophomore in high school and I was a counselor at Kanakuk Kamps. From there we instantly connected realizing we lived in the same town and we continued to hang out through a ministry called Young Life. She was the most joyful, enthusiastic and sweetest little highschooler and I loved meeting her and her friends. Even after college, we have stayed connected and I was elated when she asked me to photograph her wedding. I knew it would be beautiful, because this girl has fantastic style! Not having met her fiancé until the wedding day, I was super excited to meet Nick, knowing he must be one of a kind. And he lived up to every expectation! Immediately after they returned from their honeymoon, they moved to Dallas for Nick to start residency! He is going to be a pediatric doctor! So of course, I’ll keep them on speed dial! :)

Kelcie and Nick, thank you for flying me to Houston to be a part of your beautiful wedding, it was perfect! And I loved every minute. So happy for you two!
