Happy Anniversary to David and I !

Three years ago today, I married David. It was the greatest day of my life, I literally loved every minute of that day. I remember waking up at 5 am, to the sound of RAIN. It was a little sad, but I grabbed my laptop to check the weather. I couldn’t sleep (of course) so I grabbed my maid of honor and we got up shortly after that and ran to Starbucks, for a frappuccino, dropped off a surprise gift for David and got back home in time for me to get ready! The rest of the day, went as planned, except for the lipstick stain on the front of my wedding dress. I honestly can say, I didn’t care. There is something about the wedding day that changes your perspective on everything.

I think my favorite moment of the whole day was seeing David for our “first meet”. It was such a sweet time. I loved watching his face as I walked towards him, I’ll never forget it. And even though he may deny it, I know I saw tears.

I love him so much, time has flown by! Seriously, it is crazy to think that it has been three years. David blesses me so much. He loves me well and he is kind and patient with me. I just love him!

This year we are “celebrating” in Thailand! We are on a two week mission trip with a group from our church. By the time you read this we will be in Chiang Mai and may be visiting a prison right now! If you want to keep up with all the happenings of our trip you can visit our team’s blog. We are hoping to update it often, but aren’t too sure what time and resources will allow.
