Just need to give a shout out to Abbey Road Catering for our fabulously fun night at Jazz in June a couple of months ago. To say that I am BEHIND in blogging is such an understatement! Kris Abbey has hired a new head chef and he is awesome!
this was some type of pork tenderloin on a hashbrown thingy with cranberry sauce and it needs to be in my stomach again soon! WOW, it was good. (Kris-sorry about chopping up the name, Im sure you have a better name for this awesome dish!)
