Ryan and Kelly are getting married this Saturday so I wanted to share with you their beautiful engagement session! And I have to say that these are two amazingly warm and charming people! The session started with them inviting me up to have a drink and appetizer with them and their cutie little dog! They are just people that approach everyone with an invitation into friendship and it is so rare and left such an impact on me. They didn’t just approach their session as a service I could provide for them but as a chance to get to know each other and leave with more than just a great working relationship. I am SO excited to get to capture their day this saturday! And lets be honest, they couldn’t be cuter or more in love!
You are going to love these two! They are both so lovely. And I have to share just a piece of their engagement story with you because I just loved it! Justin and Sarah had gone with family to get a christmas tree and then come home to put it up in their house and decorate. So Justin put the ring in one of the boxes full of ornaments and just patiently waited for Sarah to find it as she put up ornaments. BUT IT TOOK HER THREE HOURS! Oh my gosh I was dying for Justin. I can’t believe he had to wait three hours with all his nerves knowing what he was about to do. And Sarah saw the ring at a glance and thought it was a piece of her grandmas costume jewelry that got thrown in with some of her old ornaments. And she kept tossing this specific box aside saying she didn’t really want to hang these ones up this year while Justin persistantly made reasons up for her to look again just in case she missed some she might want to hang up! LOVE IT! Such a cute sweet story. And Sarah giggled telling the whole thing. Loved spending time with these guys! Can’t wait for the wedding day…
Wanted to make sure you didn’t miss out on Kelsey’s beautiful bridals that we also did at The Philbrook Museum!
Isn’t she lovely?
We were so lucky to get to be apart of Kelsey and Colin’s wedding day in Tulsa. The weather was gorgeous, and every detail of their days was perfect. As Colin saw Kelsey for the first time and started crying, I also lost it behind my camera. And during their whole ceremony I was so overwhelmed by the beauty of their setting. I was also teary through the whole ceremony because Kelsey’s father was the minister and his deep affection for the moment and the two people in front of him was more than evident. It really was a treat to capture this day! Congratulations Guys!
