Hi! Taylor here… wanting to introduce you to my friends Nicole and Robert. I have known Nicole since she was a sophomore in high school, which was about 7 years ago! Crazy. And I’ve known Robert for about 5 or so years?  I am not exactly sure, but it’s been a while. I knew them separately and then watched as they started to date and fall in love. I always enjoyed hearing Nicole talk about Robert and watching from a distance as Robert pursued my sweet friend. I love that they love each other and I enjoy watching them together, because they just love being around each other. I am so honored to be a bridesmaid in their wedding this fall. It really is going to be a beautiful wedding. And since I clearly can’t photograph their wedding, Holli will be doing all the hard work! But I was able to shoot their engagement pictures, which was truly fun, because they just made each other laugh and just had fun being together, nevermind that their friend/photographer was following them :)

Taylor Tuesday….

Meet Shelley and Jeremy! They are getting married this coming Saturday at Gaillardia! I had so much fun shooting their engagement pictures in the fall. They were both so kind and super sweet. It is always fun watching couple interact and seeing how excited they are to be engaged! Can’t wait for this weekend.

Nikki and Heath are getting married in Canadian, Texas at the beginning of June. Nikki googled searched, wedding photographers, found us, fell in love with our fun, unique style and hired me to travel to Canadian for their outdoor, lake side wedding. I absolutely CAN. NOT. WAIT.

They drove in town this past weekend for their engagement pictures and we had a blast! Nikki wanted to get her hair and makeup done, so she found someone she loved in Tulsa. So they drove 3.5 hours to Tulsa to get all dolled up and then another 2 hours to Norman for their pictures. Then all the way back home to be at work at 8 am on Monday morning. Whew.. I am exhausted just thinking about them! They were so much fun to hang out with and laughed so much it was truly a joy to capture them being together.

Here’s a quick look at a few of my favorites! I am so excited for your June wedding.

Whitney and Peter were married one week ago today!Aside from the typical Oklahoma wind, it was a gorgeous day for a wedding. The Colcord was beautiful adorned with beautiful green flowers and black damask table cloths. The room looked stunning. Instead of wedding cake they served Tortuga rum cakes and had Braum’s ice cream! What a fun treat. Oh and did I mention that they served dessert first? Marvelous idea, absolutely perfect.

Whitney and Peter both attorneys and met is law school almost 7 years ago! So needless to say, these two are very organized and detail oriented which made for a very smooth day. They were both so happy and laid back all day. And once we started the reception, these two really came alive. They were both living it up on the dance floor, definitely getting the party started. I’m not sure if I have ever seen a groom own the dance floor quite like Peter did.
