What is required to book my date? A deposit of half of the package you are choosing to book and a signed contract. The deposit is used towards your balance and is non- refundable.

Do we offer high resolution images? Yes, a jump drive of your high resolution, edited, wedding images are included in every one of our packages.

What kind of equipment do you use? We use top of the line Nikon bodies and lenses that would make you sick if you knew how much they cost :)

How do you feel about meeting before the ceremony? About 85% of our brides meet prior to the ceremony. Our opinion is that meeting before the ceremony gives you intimate time just between the two of you, frees you to go to your reception at the same time as your guests, and we feel that it makes your images dramatically better.

Do you offer albums? Yes. We are very proud of our custom designed wedding albums. Our graphic designer does all of our design work in house. We offer a variety of different album sizes, style, colors and formats to choose from. You have to see and feel them in person to appreciate them!

How far in advance are you booked? It really just depends on your wedding date. We HIGHLY recommend booking your wedding date as soon as possible because we do not hold dates until a deposit has been paid. Due to the nature of wedding photography- Saturdays book very quickly!

What locations do you shoot at? We literally could not list all of the locations we shoot at. All of our sessions are on location with natural light. We care more about light than actual locations.

Do you photograph destination weddings? Yes! We have photographed weddings in Cabo, Belize, Alaska, Jamaica, Texas, California, North Carolina, Kansas, Punta Mita, Cancun, Arkansas, Alabama and Florida. Destination weddings are fun and unique- contact us directly for destination pricing.

Do you have vendors that you recommend? Yes, and we have a vendor guide we give to all of our brides of professionals whose work we highly recommend. We are full of wedding related info and we like to share it!

Do you bring backup equipment? Of course! We bring a ridiculous amount of gear to all weddings. We bring four camera bodies, four flashes, and more lenses than you can count on two hands.

What is your typical turnaround time? Our turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks to have everything finished- (all images edited, online, and packaged and delivered to you.) We will have your sneak peek slideshow online within two weeks of your wedding.

What is your cancellation policy? It is easy to think that this doesnt happen but we normally have about one cancellation per year. Our business is not just a hobby- it is our full time jobs so your deposit is non-refundable.

Do you have liability insurance? Absolutely. We have coverage through a comprehensive insurance carrier, endorsed by Professional Photographers of America.

Do you shoot alone? Some packages are for one photographer- and some include a second photographer. We always offer the option to have just one of us present, however, most of our clients desire to have the advantage of a shooting team.
