Matt + Mandy {Destination California Wedding}

Taylor Tuesday takes you to California …

Back in May, David and I flew to California for a beautiful vintage California themed wedding. It was gorgeous. There were so many little details that made this wedding come together. The best part of all may have been the In N’ Out Burger Trucks that came to serve hamburgers! And by trucks, I mean two diesels, with a fountain drink station on the side. It was definitely a hit, everyone was happy FOR SURE!

The wedding took place in Mandy’s home church, where her dad is the head pastor and Mandy has served as the youth pastor for two years. The stage was decorated with two 15 foot trees that are used for movie sets! Then to add a little California touch, they hand-hung oranges. It was so unique and such a perfect background for their wedding. We walked right outside the church into an amazing outdoor reception, which included not only In N’ Out burgers, but a farmer’s market spread of veggies and fruit and all kinds of sweets (kettle corn, cakes, pie pops, sugar cookies, etc.) The day was just perfect, we couldn’t have asked for better weather.

Matt and Mandy were so much fun, they were always laughing or smiling or kissing. They truly were in love. Both of their families were amazing – they all loved each other so well, it really was a pleasure to spend the weekend with them.

Matt and Mandy, Thanks for inviting us to experience California at it’s finest. We had a blast. We can’t wait to come visit the newlyweds and spend a little more time on the beach!
