Let's be honest folks, wedding season has hit with full swing and I have been MISSING from the blog :). Well here is another amazing wedding from last year that you just can't go without seeing. Whitney and Dylan are unbelievably sweet and special and it is crazy that you haven't seen this wedding! You are going to just swoon over every handpicked detail that these two chose. Including the incredible favors they gave all their guests of mini replica chairs of the furniture Dylan's grandfather used to make. This wedding is to die for and so is this couple!

Bonn’s first birthday is coming up and I cannot BELIEVE I never blogged his newborn session! It is one of my favorites! You may remember Maggies beautiful maternity session HERE and her middle of the night birth photographed by Sarah HERE.

Now I am NOT an advocate of having your dog in your newborn session. However, their dog Stella is absolutely precious. I could not help but take a few ;)

I know… I know… where have I been the past two weeks? Right? I hardly go a week without blogging, much less TWO!
Wedding season has come upon us in full swing here at HBP and man it surprises me every single year. I am not surprised that it is wedding season, in fact, I quite love it a lot, but surprised at how much time I need to devote to the computer to stay above water. I forget about the mass amount of images that we shoot and edit on a weekly basis and if we do not stay on top of it, things can get ugly ;)
My hubby is coaching high school softball at Norman High this year so him having a softball season, me having wedding season and our kiddos playing teeball and kidpitch… lets just say that the spring is a bit full for our family.

Change is in the air at HBP and Sarah, Taylor and I are thinking of new things to implement and things that are going out the window. I am so grateful for the two people that I get to work with and call my very best friends. I could not do it without them.

I will leave you with a few images, because a post is always better with images, right?!!? Our last three weddings have just been BEAUTIFUL and we cannot wait to share their stories with you.

Little Brother

Taylor Tuesday…

is officially on maternity leave. My sweet baby girl came just 11 days ago.

But I already had this blog ready, so I wanted to share some pictures of this little man. Little brother Wesley, was born exactly one day before his big brother’s second birthday, which was a surprise to mom and dad since he was three weeks early! I can’t wait to see these two brothers grow up to be best friends and amazing baseball players like their daddy!

Sarah Sunday!!

Wishing I was spending this April fools on a beautiful beach, but since that’s not going to happen let’s all dream! You are going to die over this one. I mean if you haven’t already been aching for vacation this is going to set you off. This was an unbelievable trip to Mexico with one of our favorite couples and a wonderful fun group of their friends and family!Their wedding was gorgeous and we had a blast! Let me just go ahead and say I think we need more destination weddings! It was stress free and full of joy and lots of love… I am dreaming of Mexico! And I wish I could introduce every one to Angela and Joe… they are just the best. You won’t meet anyone nicer and so full of fun!

Blake {newborn}

January and February are our slowest months ( to which we are grateful to have ) but we somehow pick up LOTS and LOTS of newborns during this time which is really fun. They are definitely a change of pace from our other sessions. Since it is so cold during these months we shoot newborns in our Norman studio. Meet Ms Blake, she literally gets the newborn of the season award because she did not wake one time during her session!
