Julie and Ben are both in medical school and I am not quite sure how they had the time to plan a wedding (actually plan two ceremonies) while living in different states but they did a fantastic job of it! They were married two weeks ago at the beautiful First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa and the Mayo Hotel for the reception. We also took a trolley ride during cocktail hour to do photos at Tulsa University (both of their alma mater) with the wedding party. It is such a fun idea to have time planned out to get to hang with your best friends and really enjoy the day before the reception fun begins! We started our eleven hour coverage with an incredible Indian wedding celebration that incorporated Julies Indian background. I will blog about it soon but it was amazing… the colors, the food, the people, all of it! Then they had a traditional Christian wedding later that afternoon/evening. It was the perfect mix of two families coming together to celebrate the lovely couple! Congratulations Ben and Julie!
