Alright so I just found this on my old blog. I accomplished 16 of 28 of them – maybe 29 in 2009 will be better.

Instead of having a new years resolution this year I decided to have 28 of them! In no particular order I hope to accomplish all of thse in 2008. Check back often to keep up with my progress! Please feel free to post your own!

1. Hire a part time Graphic Designer to help out with editing, &  designing cards and albums ACCOMPLISHED
2. Become CPR certified. Every yearly check up at our pediatricians office I am asked the question, “Are you CPR certified?” and I always guiltily reply, “NO but I will check into it.” Our yearly appointment is next week…..
3. Lose 10 pounds. I could stand to lose more but 10 is a reasonable goal, and besides I have 28 other resolutions to accomplish this year! ACCOMPLISHED but gained it back during wedding season!
4. Book a destination wedding ACCOMPLISHED , CABO in JUNE HERE WE COME!
5. Read the entire New Testament HALF WAY THROUGH IT!
6. Photograph a birth (I have tried this three times and the scheduling has not worked out) ACCOMPLISHED five times in 2008!
7. Hire a blog designer ACCOMPLISHED
8. Shoot a wedding for free
9. Attend Love Affair Workshop ACCOMPLISHED
10. Meet clients in my home studio ACCOMPLISHED
11. Teach a seminar
12. Make homemade marshmallows ACCOMPLISHED
13. Design and print a yearly family album of my own family ACCOMPLISHED
14. Make all homemade Christmas gifts ACCOMPLISHED
15. Run a marathon
16. Say no to cake at least half of the weddings i photograph (seriously its hard)
17. Implement GIVING BACK to my business and photograph someone for free every month ACCOMPLISHED
18. FInish building our new home ACCOMPLISHED
19. Learn off camera flash and implement it at receptions ACCOMPLISHED
20. Say no to my 31st wedding because 30 is my cut off
21. Fly to San Diego to see my college roommate ACCOMPLISHED
22. Go to a movie all by myself
23. Learn to make homemade bread ACCOMPLISHED
24. Make a scrapbook for Haven since Jax has so many
25. Hire a photographer I admire to photograph Jace and I on our anniversary
26. Lead someone to Christ
27. Take guitar lessons with Jax
28. Photograph every member of my extended family

I accomplished 16 of 28. I will try harder this year :)
